How To Join The Lawsuit

To join the lawsuit, you must fill out some paperwork and turn it in to the lawyers handling the case. There are two documents you must sign: a “consent to join” the lawsuit, and a fee agreement.

You can obtain the documents in one of two ways. First, by clicking on the link below, you’ll be able to download and print out the documents. Alternatively, you can contact one of the attorneys handling the case and ask them to send you the paperwork. Here’s the contact information for the lawyers:
